1. Executive Summary
OM One VMS is a supplier-first logistics operating system used by OM Logistics to source, onboard, verify, and activate fleet suppliers across India. The Supplier Relationship module digitises the end-to-end supplier lifecycle — from lead capture, multi-channel invitation, supplier self-onboarding, KYC verification, vehicle and route declaration, internal review and approval — into one auditable workflow.
Vision
A single source of truth for every supplier relationship, where every status change is explainable, every document is traceable, and every approval is auditable.
Goals (v1)
- Reduce supplier onboarding time to under 24 hours.
- Eliminate paper-based KYC handovers by capturing PAN/GSTIN, Aadhaar and documents digitally.
- Give Operations a single review queue with full data visibility before approval.
- Maintain an immutable audit trail for every status transition and rejection.
- Build a registered supplier directory with searchable fleet & route coverage.
